Advanced Theatre Movement
This class is a continuation of Beginning Theater Movement with emphasis placed upon more advanced stage combatives, mime, tumbling and juggling. Units studying the clown or Commedia dell' Arte are also introduced. Students will build on their understanding and appreciation of theater by attending live theatrical performances and writing critiques. Research reports will be written on topics covering the history of pantomime, juggling, tumbling, and Commedia dell' Arte and Clowns are required.
Pre-requisite: Beginning Theater Movement with a C grade or better or permission of instructor.
