Ceramics I
Students in this course will learn hand building, incising, sculpture relief and potter’s wheel techniques to create works of art in clay. Students will also make historical and cultural connections to their works of art. Projects include but are not limited to: tiles, vegetables, coil pots, animal masks, and the rain stick which creates sound.
Prerequisite: no experience necessary.
